New Brunswick Issues ITAs In The First Draw Of December
New Brunswick issues ITAs in the first draw of December, i.e., the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) has held its first provincial nomination invitation round since November 16, 2025, issuing new invitations on December 9, 2025.
The province issued over 110 invitations through the New Brunswick Express Entry Stream as well as the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream.
Both invitation rounds used a cut-off of December 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (AST) & targeted Francophone candidates across all occupational sectors.
All applications tied to invitations issued via these rounds will be processed in 2026.
Draw Results
Invitations To Apply (ITAs) were issued across two streams as well as three pathways, with the majority of invitations going to applicants under two pathways of the NBPNP’s Skilled Worker Stream:

Eligibility Criteria For The Pathways Drawn
As New Brunswick issues ITAs in the first draw of December, let us now discuss the eligibility criteria for the pathways drawn.
Well, to be eligible for an Invitation to Apply (ITA) under the Express Entry Stream – Employment in New Brunswick pathway, applicants must:
- Have a valid Express Entry profile
- Have been residing in New Brunswick for the last 12 months
- Be working full-time in a year-round (non-seasonal) Training Education Experience and Responsibilities (TEER) level 0–3 job for an eligible New Brunswick employer.
- Applicants must also have 12 consecutive months of full-time authorized work in TEER 0–3 in New Brunswick, plus meet minimum requirements, including a CLB level 7 & at least a high school credential (or equivalent).
To be eligible for an ITA under the Skilled Worker Stream – New Brunswick Experience pathway, applicants must:
- Be working full-time in a non-seasonal position for an eligible New Brunswick employer who will support the application
- Have been residing in New Brunswick for the last six months before submitting an EOI, i.e., expression of interest
- Have a minimum of six months of full-time work experience with the employer supporting their application
In order to be eligible for an ITA under the Skilled Worker Stream – New Brunswick Graduates pathway, applicants must:
- Have completed a Post-Graduation Work Permit-eligible program at a New Brunswick-based Designated Learning Institution (DLI)
- Be working full-time in a non-seasonal job for an eligible New Brunswick employer (or have accepted an offer for such a job)
Note: Under all of the above streams, applicants working in certain professions will not be considered for ITAs.
