IRCC Issues ITAs In The Latest Canadian Experience Class Draw 

IRCC issues ITAs in the latest Canadian Experience Class draw through the Express Entry system.  

To be considered in this draw, applicants needed to have: 

• A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 531
• Created an Express Entry applicant profile before 7:02 p.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on October 8, 2025

As IRCC issues ITAs in the latest Canadian Experience Class draw, let us look at other Express Entry draws. 

This draw is important because it breaks two trends, i.e., IRCC held only one CEC draw per month recently, and the CRS cut-off stayed stuck at 533–534 for the last five CEC draws since August 7, 2025.

As a result, the latest cut-off score is the lowest for a CEC program draw since July 8, when the program issued 3,000 invitations to applicants with a minimum CRS score of 518. 

While this is the case, the November 26 draw has maintained a pattern of 1,000 ITA issuances, which the CEC program has held since August 7 of this year. This marks the 13th CEC draw of 2025. 

The recent draw is also the fifth of November and follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on November 25, a Healthcare category draw on November 14, and a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on November 12. 

Thus far in 2025, IRCC has issued 88,476 ITAs through the Express Entry system. 

Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on PNP draws, with the remainder of Express Entry ITAs dedicated to CEC applicants, applicants with French-language proficiency, and those in the Express Entry priority occupation categories:
